Ordering & Payments

Placing an Order:

Once you've added an item to your cart, you will be directed to your shopping cart for review. Here, you can check the items, adjust quantities, remove products, or go back to the product page. After confirming your selections, you can choose to continue shopping or proceed to checkout to complete your purchase.

Using Your Gift Card:

Sign in to your Swank A Posh online account and proceed to checkout. Enter your gift card number in the designated field. If the full amount is not used, any remaining balance will stay on the gift card for future use.

Please note that online gift cards are valid for online purchases only and cannot be used in-store.

Payments and Verifications

• Once an order has been placed, the form of payment cannot be changed.
• We reserve the right to verify your payment to ensure its authenticity and security.
• Please use the billing address and contact information exactly as they appear on your credit or debit card statement when placing your order.
• If we are unable to process your order due to a billing or address issue, we may need to contact you via phone and email to verify your order details. Your order may be held until the information is confirmed.
• In cases where we cannot process your order, we will refund the payment to the original payment method used.

Cancellation Policy

No order edits or cancellations will be permitted once an order has been placed. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase, as all sales are final once submitted. Orders may ship the same day they are placed.
